Pay-per-sale
Our Affiliate Program pays the Referral Affiliate only when a sale results from a visitor who sent by a Qualified Link on the Referral Affiliate's website. If a visitor passes through qualified links from two different Referral Affiliates before making a purchase, then the most recent link is credited with the sale.
Changes to the Program
DigitalDomainz.com reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of its Referral Affiliate Program at any time. In such case DigitalDomainz.com will notify Referral Affiliate's via e-mail of such changes, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Referral Affiliate Program.
Termination
DigitalDomainz.com reserves the right to deem any site inappropriate and terminate the site as an affiliate.
Backend manager access
Once you have been accepted as an affiliate we will provide you with a series of usernames and passwords that will provide you with access to your reports.
DigitalDomainz.com reserves the right to suspend any affiliate on breach of these terms of security or on divulgence of username and passwords to any 3rd party.
Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for:
- The technical operation of your site and all related equipment
- The accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, all product-related materials)
- Ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights)
- Ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal
We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.
